We recently bought cement for our construction and decided to get a sample tested before continuing the work.
According to the results, the performance was lower than expected for the grade we purchased. Since some of the cement has already been used, we're quite concerned.
Has anyone else experienced something similar? Would appreciate if the company could look into this and clarify the situation.

Keep the bag and batch number. The company may
need those details to investigate.
